Uptown 3631 (Stage 5)

The Facility will fund the subdivision of 39 residential lots forming Stage 5 of the established Uptown Estate in Shepparton North, approximately 170km north of Melbourne, while refinancing a portion of the existing land facility and funding remaining Project costs.

The Project benefits from limited competing land supply, strong sales momentum across Stages 1–4 and an experienced development and civil delivery team with an established track record across the estate.

Strategically located with access to major highways, Shepparton’s key education, healthcare, retail and recreational amenity, the Project is well positioned to benefit from continued demand for residential land in the region.
