Ark Capital is a property fund manager specialising in private real estate debt and equity. Established in 2015 and 100% employee-owned, Ark manages a suite of unregistered wholesale mortgage and equity funds. The team brings extensive experience across property development, investment, financing and funds management, underpinned by a strong track record focused on capital preservation and sustainable returns.
Building on the strong foundations of The Murray Direct Mortgage Fund, established in 1974, we help investors and borrowers build wealth through attractive and secured property investment and funding solutions. Our strict due diligence process means we proactively manage risk. This has resulted in an impressive track record since day one.
Key to our success is a deep industry and market knowledge, tried-and-tested risk management processes and a range of different strategic partnerships.
