What is a custodian and why does it matter?
A custodian is an independent third party responsible for holding physical or legal title to fund assets, in our case, the loan securities associated with each investment. This means an additional layer of separation and a best practice approach adopted into our loan management process.

As our business scales so too must the infrastructure that supports it. Appointing a custodian reflects our forward momentum and ensures our operational frameworks keep pace with the size, complexity and responsibility of managing growing investor capital.
