Anita is Ark’s passionate CFO, driving our financial strategy and operational efficiencies that help the team deliver superior risk-adjusted returns for investors. Working closely with the Executive Leadership Team, she optimises our financial performance and enhances operational processes to support the growth and success of both our business and investor outcomes.
With more than 20 years’ experience as a senior finance professional, Anita possesses a strong focus on property development and property funds management. She commenced her finance career at Pitcher Partners accounting firm before taking Head of Finance roles at Castlerock Property Group and Newmark Capital Limited, joining Ark Capital Funds in 2023.
