Bedrock Mortgage Fund: September 2026

The Fund again delivered a strong annualised return, at 10.08% (RBA + 5.73%) in September, from a pleasingly diverse portfolio of 49 (+3) loans and 34 (+1) borrowers, with the maximum individual loan and borrower concentrations at 8.8%.
