Ark Capital is a property fund manager specialising in private real estate debt and equity. Established in 2015, we’re 100% employee owned and manage two unregistered wholesale mortgage funds and one unregistered wholesale equity fund. Collectively, we have significant experience across property development, investment, financing and funds management, with an enviable track record focused on capital preservation and sustainable returns.
Building on the strong foundations of The Murray Direct Mortgage Fund, established in 1974, we help investors and borrowers build wealth through attractive and secured property investment and funding solutions. Our strict due diligence process means we proactively manage risk. This has resulted in an impressive track record since day one.
Key to our success is a deep industry and market knowledge, tried-and-tested risk management processes and a range of different strategic partnerships. Collaborating with property developers who spearhead exciting social, commercial and living investments, we only select investments that we know will hit the mark for our clients.
