Peri is our CEO & Managing Director and part owner of Ark Capital. As one of our Responsible Managers under its AFSL, he oversees much of the business direction and is most proud of growing our high-quality, diverse team of aligned professionals who are all excited about what we do.
With more than 25 years’ experience, Peri has had an illustrious career spanning the Australian corporate real estate sector, investment banking, funds management, project development and investment management. He’s held senior roles at Frasers Property Australia, Macquarie Bank Limited and Coles Myer Limited.
As someone who is passionate about property, Peri enjoys spending his time as part of a team who are constantly assessing, transacting and managing high quality investments in real estate development. At the same time, he loves that he gets to work with best-in-class developers and highly sophisticated investment partners.
Peri is very active in the industry and holds a number of board positions and memberships. He’s a non-executive Director of Living Future and the Living Future Institute of Australia. When it comes to investing, he champions the importance of staying invested and the incredible benefits of compounding efforts.
