With over 30 years’ experience in funds management and law, Brett brings deep expertise and strategic insight to Ark Capital. He spent more than two decades as a Partner in top-tier Melbourne legal firms and a global consultancy, advising clients ranging from major banks to private lenders.
Brett specialises in finance and funds management, with firsthand experience as both an owner and operator of managed funds. His dual qualifications in Economics and Law underpin his sharp commercial and regulatory acumen.
At Ark Capital, Brett serves as Compliance Officer and sits on the Credit Committee, playing a key role in upholding the integrity and rigour of our investment approach.
