Grace Xie

Grace leads the investment risk function at Ark, overseeing the firm’s risk management framework and providing independent oversight of investment decisions. She is responsible for ensuring the portfolio delivers robust, sustainable risk-adjusted returns while supporting disciplined decision-making across the investment lifecycle. As Ark continues to scale in an increasingly complex market environment, Grace plays a key role in strengthening the firm’s risk governance and investment processes.

With more than 15 years of experience across institutional banking and private markets, Grace most recently served as Executive Director at PAG. She previously held several senior roles at Westpac Institutional Bank across Melbourne and Hong Kong, progressing from Senior Associate to Associate Director. Grace brings deep expertise in credit analysis, real estate finance and risk management, and will play a key role in building the resilience and operational excellence that underpins Ark’s continued growth.
