Lisa Pye

Lisa leads Ark Capital’s Investor Relations function, guiding investors through every stage of their journey with Ark, from onboarding and ongoing communications through to investment enquiries and due diligence. She is focused on ensuring investors receive a seamless and responsive experience, supported by processes designed to scale as the business continues to grow.

Working closely with Ark’s Distribution, Investments, Finance, Marketing and Legal teams, Lisa connects investors with the information and support they need to make confident, informed decisions. She brings a relationship-led approach and a strong understanding of the investor journey, while ensuring the processes supporting investor engagement remain efficient and considered.

With more than 20 years’ experience across property investment, investment banking and corporate communications, Lisa brings a broad perspective to investor relations. Before joining Ark, she spent four and a half years as Investor Relations Manager at Quintessential, where she managed investor engagement and operations and played a key role in capital raising. Earlier in her career, Lisa held institutional client engagement and corporate access roles with Goldman Sachs and Macquarie Group across London, Melbourne and Perth.
